About the Position
We are looking for experienced Baristas to work in modern coffee shops and hotel outlets in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot/cold beverages.
Operate coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
Recommend drinks and upsell bakery or food items.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Follow brand recipes and presentation standards.
Engage with guests and provide friendly service.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a barista.
Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming.
Basic English communication skills.
Passion for coffee and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in peak hours.
Experience in specialty coffee is an advantage.
