Room Service Attendant

About the Position

We are looking for Room Service Attendants to deliver in-room dining service in 4–5* hotels across Saudi Arabia.​

Key Responsibilities

Take in-room dining orders by phone or system.

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly.

Set up trays and trolleys according to hotel standards.

Collect used trays and maintain floor cleanliness.

Assist with minibar replenishment if required.

Communicate with kitchen and front office teams.

Ensure guest privacy and professional conduct.​

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or F&B service.

Basic English communication skills.

Polite, аккуратный и дисциплинированный подход.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights.

Knowledge of basic service standards.

Hotel experience is an advantage.​
